Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in your time slot. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This ensures that our therapists are compensated for their time.
Refund Policy
Payment is due at the time you schedule your appointment. We do not offer refunds for canceled appointments, under any circumstances. We can however, offer a credit to your account that can be applied at a later time. This policy is in place to ensure that our client base is committed to their wellness.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. They will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Zero Tolerance
Ebb & Flow has a zero tolerance policy regarding discrimination against anyone. We welcome all individuals regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability. We also have zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. Based on this policy, if we see fit, any session will be ended without a refund and you will not be welcome back.

Please be considerate when booking your appointment. If you are not feeling well or have tested positive for covid-19, please reschedule your appointment.
We will be doing our part to keep our practice clean and we will have a HEPA air purification system in the room at all times.
If you test positive for COVID-19, please have a negative test before rescheduling for everyone’s safety.
